Chef Colleen Sloan will present a program about Dutch oven cooking on March 1 at Montana WILD. Cooking with a Dutch oven is a unique and fun way to prepare delicious meals and desserts at home or when camping.
Sloan has been teaching Dutch oven cooking across the United States for more than 30 years. She'll demonstrate the techniques that make Dutch oven cooking an easy way to make crowd-pleasing meals.
The program begins at 6 p.m., Sunday, March 1, at the Montana WILD Education Center, 2668 Broadwater Ave., next to Spring Meadow Lake State Park off Highway 12 West. Seating is limited on a first come basis.
