Stepping On-- a class for adults 60 and older who are worried about falling and the toll it may on their life. Stepping On is a 7-week class on fall prevention for older adults looking for guidance in gaining balance, strength, confidence and knowledge. The cost of the class is $30. Registration is required and discounts may be available.
