On Saturday, April 25, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM the Helena Family YMCA is holding a free community event to inspire more kids to keep their minds and bodies active.

Healthy Kids Day is the Y's national initiative to improve health and well-being for kids and families, and features activities such as free swimming, free bounce house, games, healthy cooking demonstrations, arts and crafts, and gardening to motivate and teach families how to develop a healthy routine at home.
