Stepping On - A Falls Prevention Class for Seniors
When: Every Thursday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm for 7 weeks: September 1 - October 13, 2016.

Are you 60 years or older and worried about falling? Stepping On may be the course for you! Area IV Agency on Aging will be hosting a seven-week weekly course at the Helena Community Senior Center to help people build confidence and reduce falls. Stepping On is a well-researched, proven falls prevention program. Topics include simple and fun balance exercises, ways to stay safe at home and in the community, and the role of vision, medications and footwear in maintaining balance.
