The Helena Figure Skating Club offers learn to skate lessons for all ages. The fall session runs from Oct. 26-Nov. 30 (no class 11/23). Lessons begin at 2:50pm. The five week session is $50, plus $15 annual skate with US fee, and includes skate rental. The objectives of the program are to provide a fun and safe skating experience for the beginner as well as the more advanced skater. Further, it strives to teach correct technique of the fundamental basic elements, develop a finer degree of coordination and balance, to promote physical fitness and to enable all to achieve the skills necessary to be able to skate for fun the rest of their lives or to move competently in to competitive skating.
