The 4-session series covers recognizing the signs and symptoms of labor, breathing and relaxation skills, pain management options, coach's role and involvement during labor, and Caeserean deliveries. This series also covers a tour of the birthing facility: checking into the hospital, hospital policies, reminders of what needs to be ready before you check into the hospital, prenatal education opportunities, and locations/amenities of birthing suites and nursery.
