This class is taught by an Obstetrical Registered Nurse who is a certified lactation consultant. Issues covered during this class include the benefits of human breast milk, anatomy and physiology of how lactation occurs, elements which promote successful feedings, determining adequate milk intake and also, returning to Work and breast pumping.
