ACLU of Montana Volunteer Orientation Description:
Are you curious about what you can do to protect civil liberties within your community and the state of Montana? Do you want to learn about volunteer opportunities with the ACLU of Montana?

Join the ACLU of Montana in the Helena Public Library large meeting room for an evening to discuss advocacy and community organizing. ACLU of Montana staff will discuss volunteer opportunities and how to become involved and contribute at the local and state level. We are looking for a diversity of folks who are keen to provide their time and passion, all while teaching and learning skills.

As an equal opportunity organization, we value a diverse volunteer force, as well as an inclusive culture. We encourage members of Indigenous communities, LGBTQ individuals, formerly incarcerated community members, racial minorities, immigrants, veterans, and individuals with disabilities to sign up to volunteer. Your voices are key for the civil liberties work within Montana!

Bring your questions and mark your calendars for a nonpartisan discussion about local issues and how you can join the ACLU of Montana to defend and preserve individual rights in Montana.
