Religious Liberty and the American Constitution

This is the second in a three-lecture series entitled “Religious Freedom and the American Experiment,” sponsored by the Carroll College Constitutional Studies Center and the Apgar Foundation. This lecture, which is Carroll's annual lecture on Faith and Reason, is co-sponsored by the Hunthausen Center for Peace and Justice, and is presented by Vincent Phillip Muñoz, the Tocqueville Associate Professor of Political Science and Associate Professor of Law at The University of Notre Dame. He also serves as Director of Notre Dame’s Tocqueville Program for Inquiry into Religion and Public Life and the Potenziani Program in Constitutional Studies. He is an expert on the question of religious liberty and the American Constitution, as well as the religious opinions of the American founders, about which he has written extensively. This event is free and open to the public.
