Carroll Constitutional Studies Lecture - AG Tim Fox

Sponsored by the Constitutional Studies Center at Carroll College and made possible by a generous gift from the Apgar Foundation, Carroll's Annual Constitutional Studies Lecture will feature Montana Attorney General Tim Fox.

Attorney General Fox (B.A. and J.D., University of Montana) is a long-serving public servant in Montana, having served in the administrations of Governors Racicot and Martz. As Attorney General, Mr. Fox serves as the state's chief legal officer, chief law enforcement officer, and director of the Montana Department of Justice. The Montana Attorney General is responsible for representing and defending Montana's legal positions and Montana's laws with the federal government and other states. He supervises more than 800 state employees.

The lecture is part of a year-long program entitled "Executive Authority and Constitutional Government," sponsored by the Apgar Foundation. This event is free and open to the public.
