The Lewis and Clark County Historical Society, in coordination with the Helena/Lewis and Clark County Heritage Tourism Program, is offering summer guided walking tours for 2025 on Sunday afternoons at 4:00 p.m.; still just $5/person, children are free. No reservations required. Wear comfortable walking shoes, a hat, sunblock and bring water.

JULY Sundays (July 6, 13, 20, 27) – Lost Glories, Living Legends. Explore Helena’s early Upper West Side before the mansions were there. The tour is a step back to the 1880’s, Helena’s golden age, a time of tremendous growth and prosperity. Park in the north parking lot (on Lawrence St.) of the City-County Building, 316 N. Park Ave.; meet at the northwest corner of the City-County Building.
