The exhibit will be on view July 7 through August 15. Tuesdays through Fridays 10 to 6pm Saturdays 10 to 5pm.

BODY is our first of annual invitational exhibit featuring artists who create one-of-a-kind art jewelry and figurative art. Each year we plan to invite two or three figurative artists, and up to 30 art jewelers. This year, the exhibit features original woodblock prints by Ouida Touchon of New Mexico, in her "Womenswear" series. We are also featuring evocative figurative ceramic vessels and wall pieces by Chicago artist, Laurie Shaman.

Their figurative artwork will compliment unique pieces of all-hand-made body ornament by jewelry artists from Montana, British Columbia, Vermont and other parts of the US, including Bonnie Lambert, Dave Barnes, Kat Allen, Shelley Jones, Ken Bova, Pyper Hugos, Margaret Regan, Paul Guillamette, Louise Barker, Virginia Niccoluci, Judy Kline and Lori Blaylock.

Doors open the first evening of the exhibit, at 5pm. Short gallery talk at 5:30pm to introduce the exhibit and artists. We'll serve beverages and appetizers at a reception after the talks until 8pm. Please join us!
