Enjoy live sidewalk art. Attend the Helena Public Art Committee's (HPAC) Chalk Up Helena!on Saturday, July 20, 2019. Celebrate the delightful art, draw your own, or team up with friends or family to create a chalk painting. All ages are welcome at this family-friendly event on the Downtown Walking Mall, Trolley Block. Prizes will be awarded to the winners. Need not be present to win.
