Jefferson County Fair & Rodeo, "A Fair of the Heart". August 22-25, Boulder. A full weekend of affordable rodeos, exhibits, parades, live music and kids' events. NRA Boulder Rodeo at 5 pm Saturday, 2 pm Sunday. $8 adults, $5 kids. Beef BBQ, baked goods auction and REAL barn dance with Insufficient Funds Dance Band. Go to web site for full schedule of events.
