Friday, September 22, 10:30 am. Large Meeting Room.
This 30 minute program will offer safe, simple and fun yoga poses through stories. Yoga enhances children's ability to concentrate and it works out those wiggles. This is a caregiver and child event. Please bring a large bath towel or yoga mat, and wear comfy clothes.
