Join us for an hour long class that focuses on hoe to nurture and restore your body after dance or strenuous physical activity. Led by amber Moon Peterson, an experienced dancer and body worker, this class will give you tools to care for your unique body.

This class is the last of a 3-class series focusing on body care. All classes will be held at Cohesion Center (1020 Argyle Street) and cost $5 at the door. Ages 10 , dancers and non-dancers are welcome.
