Montana’s Water: From Territorial Rights to a Climate-Challenged Future
Presenter: John Tubbs, Chair, Upper Missouri Waterkeeper Board; Former DNRC Director
Tubbs will trace the evolution of Montana water law and what it means for river health, fisheries, and growth in a changing climate, drawing on his decades of leadership in state and federal water management.
