Join Sue Dostal every Tuesday from 10:00-11:15 am for Gentle Yoga at The Lotus. Gentle yoga offers a gentle practice for improving strength, flexibility, posture, and balance. Breath and movement are pathways to keep the organs healthy and the joints lubricated. Meditation and savasana can quiet the mind and improve sleep. Join me on this journey.
