Helena Community Connections continues its new Bridges program called careMpower for volunteer caregivers to share with other volunteer caregivers. Enjoy a free lunch and hear exciting presentations on caregiver self-care as well as tips and ideas for caring for others. careMpower occurs the second Wednesday of every month from 12-1:30 pm at Covenant United Methodist Church, 2330 East Broadway, Helena. The December 13th program will feature Shannon Williams, St. Peter's Physical Therapy Department, who will share many ideas for meeting the physical needs of our loved ones for whom we provide care.
