The binding can be a single fabric or a pieced. This class will focus on a traditional binding, but will introduce alternatives.

The student will bind the quilt sandwich that was made in the quilting class.

Requirements:6 x 24? ruler; rotary cutter and mat; fabric marker; sewing machine in good working order, with walking foot; thread, neutral color such as cream, white or light gray; seam ripper; scissors, thread snips, quilting pins and hand sewing needle.
