ENTRY FEE: $150 // 5-Man teams
FORMAT: 5-Man teams: 4-Man Scramble 1 Solo per Hole. Teams must choose which holes they are playing
solo before teeing off. A = All par 5s, B = Front 9 par 4s, C = Back 9 par 4s, D = front 9 par 3s, E = Back 9 par 3s.
Handicap is 75% of sum of all 5 team players. All play is from the White Tees. LUNCH IS NOT INCLUDED WITH ENTRY.
SIGN UP: PAID and COMPLETE entry form must be given to the Pro shop no later than 8:00 PM, Thursday, April 20.
Field is limited to the first 36 PAID entries.
ELIGIBILITY: ALL GOLFERS WITH AN ESTABLISHED HANDICAP are eligible.
If you are not on a Men's League team or sub list, you must pay a Men's League fee of $5. Green Fees are not included with
entry. If you have punch card, you must have it punched 2 times, one for each 9 holes, at check in. If you don't have a season
pass or punch card, you will need to pay green fees at check-in.
