"Try a Tri" Indoor Triathlon at the YMCA

Description:

Try a Tri at at the Y. A fun low key event for the entire family. Swim 10 minutes, bike 20 minutes, and run 15 minutes with 10 min transitions between each. This is a great way to start the your fitness program for the year. A fun, low-key event for the entire family. Proceeds to benefit the YMCA Junior Swim Team. Event sponsored by Helena Family YMCA and the Montana Women's Triathlon.
