Hello Beautiful Souls!

Here's a special invitation just for the expectant mothers and new moms!

Join us as Ilgaz Casey, a certified movement analyst, performance artist, passionate storyteller, and a mother herself, creates a nurturing and empowering space for you to express the new being you're evolving into or have become.

The gathering will be split into two parts. First, Ilgaz will gently guide you with movement prompts, allowing you to express your unique dance through free-flow. Following this, we'll form a supportive circle, each of us taking turns to express ourselves through words, poems, songs, movement, or stillness. The choice is yours, while the rest of us listen, empathize, and witness.

If you're new to the concept of 'circle practice', let us enlighten you:
A 'circle' is an ancient practice of coming together where participants intentionally engage in deep listening and witnessing. The sole purpose is to be present and attentive to each other's stories. As a part of the circle, you're encouraged to listen with compassion and curiosity, acknowledging your feelings, judgments, and thoughts. When your turn comes to share, you're invited to speak from the heart, expressing yourself spontaneously through your own experience.

So, what will you gain from this event?

A bit more about Ilgaz: She loves singing, dancing, making crafts, and cracking jokes amongst many other hobbies. As she awaits the arrival of her second child, she's eager to meet fellow mothers and moms-to-be at this gathering, with a goal to share some invaluable self-care practices.
