Townsend's Slice of Summer Celebration features free kid's activities including free swimming, a climbing wall, face painting, bouncy houses, etc. from 2-8pm. Free music begins at 5 pm. Brett Veltri and the Sleeping Giants play from 5-6pm and ShoDown will play from 6:30-8pm. Rotary sells beer, brats, and hot dogs. Lions sell hamburgers and nachos. Broadwater County 4H sells root beer floats, ice cream, amid various non-alcoholic beverages.
