Stitching Hearts: Upcycled mitten workshop
6:30 PM
Lewis and Clark Library
Stitching Hearts: Upcycled mitten workshop Description:
Come learn how to turn old sweaters into cozy mittens!

You can keep the mittens yourself or leave them with me to donate to homeless shelters or hand out to people on the street who look like they could use some warmth and kindness.

Bring a friend, bring old sweaters that won't unravel when cut, bring sewing needles or thread, bring a vegan snack to share or just bring yourself!

This drop-in event is free and kid-friendly.

Stitching Hearts is about doing low-skill, low-cost craft projects that help others and spread love. With every issue of Cockroach that comes out, a new Stitching Hearts project is launched.
